Return, Refund, and Shipping Policy

Return

We offer a 2-day return policy on defective items only. This policy applies after receiving your item. There are no refunds or exchanges on FINAL SALE ITEMS. There are no returns, exchanges, or refunds on our Tote Cover-Over Bags and Waist trainers. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it (tags must be present, unworn, or unused) in its original packaging. The item in question will be inspected for us to honor and approve your return. 

 

Please contact aishasclosetllc@gmail.com for all of your return inquiries. Please allow 24 hours for us to respond to your request. If your return is accepted we will send further details to return your item. Please keep in mind that for us to return your items you must follow these instructions. Please include proof of purchase including the order number.

 

Shipping

 All of our products are ready to ship without delay. All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Please allow 3-4 business days during Ramadan (high demand), if your order is delayed longer we will contact you.

 

Damages and other issues

When your items arrive please inspect them if there is an issue with your item. We allow 48 hours from the time that your item arrives. Please don't hesitate to contact us so we can resolve the issue quickly. 

 

Exchanges 

You must exchange your item within 48 hours of receiving the item. You may exchange items for the same or lesser value of the original purchase. Excluding Waisttrainers and FINAL SALE ITEMS Waist trainers are not exchangeable or refundable unless defective. Please contact  aishasclosetllc@gmail.com, please allow us 24 hours to respond to your inquiry.  In addition, please ensure that the item is unworn, with original tags, and packaging if applicable. 

 

Drop off

For a small fee, we offer drop-offs to specific areas across PA. All fees must be paid before we drop off your order. Your item will be left at your doorstep. Please note Aisha's Closet, LLC is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items. We will send you a notification once your order has been delivered. A photo of your product (doorstep) will be taken for our records upon delivery. 

 

Pick up 

We offer free pick-up to our customers, however, if you are running 15 minutes behind schedule you will need to reschedule. We will hold your paid items for 2 weeks after that we will kindly donate your item or items to the Masjid or Goodwill. Please note we do not allow men to pick up orders. Please have all of your information ready such as (name, order number, and email) ready upon arrival. You may try your items on when you pick up your order. If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may exchange for the same or lesser value at that time.

 

Refund 

There are absolutely no refunds unless your item is defective. A refund will be approved after inspection and returned to the original payment method. 

 

Lost or Stolen Items

Aisha's Closet, LLC is not responsible for any lost or stolen items during transit. Once the items are in transit you will receive a tracking number. Once that tracking number is sent we're no longer responsible for your items. If your item is lost or stolen please contact the carrier with your tracking 

information.
