Refund policy

Affective 04/09/25 - We offer a 2-day return policy on defective items only. This policy applies after receiving your item. There are no refunds or exchanges on ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Defective meaning- Any rips or tears that appear due to improper construction (along seams or at critical junctions). Our luxury garments (hand-beaded, silk, and buttons) are delicate. This is NOT considered “defective or falling apart”

There are no returns, exchanges, or refunds if you purchase the incorrect size, beading, or simply change your mind on any of our items and/or events. Please review our size chart, please leave room for measurement error (size up recommended) , please review our recommendations, please leave room for slightly color errors as we do our best! 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it (tags must be present, unworn, or unused) in its original packaging. The item in question will be inspected for us to honor and approve your return. All approved returns are the customers responsibility.
